The playwright, whose Fanny and Faggot (Finborough) and Stacy (Arcola) deal with the controversial issues of child murderers and paedophiles, talks to Culture Wars critic Andrew Haydon about sexual violence and also about his experiments with form.
I got annoyed with a spate of plays about sex offenders which didn’t deal with the sex – they were about sex offenders from the waist up.
