INTERVIEW: ANNA ZIEGLER. The American playwright, in London to attend the West End premiere of her play about the British scientist Rosalind Franklin, whose X-ray photography was instrumental in the discovery of the structure of DNA, talks to Heather Neill about her breakthrough hit, starring Nicole Kidman and directed by Michael Grandage. Recorded at the Noel Coward Theatre on Sept 17.
“I was taken by the metaphor of the double helix. We have a story of these two pairs: one that worked together and one that did not”.
