INTERVIEW: CARO NEWLING. Caro Newling is one of the most successful and influential producers in British Theatre. After meeting Sam Mendes at the RSC, the two of them set up the Donmar Warehouse, and have since worked closely on all Mendes’s stage productions. As joint founder of Neal Street Productions she oversees the development and production of the company’s theatre slate, including shows like The Lehman Trilogy, The Motive and the Cue and The Hills of California.
