The former critic of The Times talks to Aleks Sierz about his new book, Great Moments in the Theatre (Oberon), which comprises accounts of more than 100 significant first nights from theatre history, from Aeschylus’s The Oresteia to Jez Butterworth’s Jerusalem. Recorded: 15 November 2012.
