INTERVIEW: JIM CARTWRIGHT AND JAMES CARTWRIGHT. The playwright and his actor son James (Winner of Best Actor – Royal Television Society Awards for Johnny Shakespeare) talk to Heather Neill about the former’s acclaimed monologue about the experience of a young man called Shane, all pumped up with nowhere to go in a night out in a northern town. Cartwright Jnr plays the policeman Harrison Burns in Radio 4’s The Archers, and talks about its current storyline. The recording was made at the Trafalgar Studios on 07-04-2016. The show runs at the Trafalgar Studios to April 16.
