INTERVIEW: MATTHEW DUNSTER The director tells Matt Trueman about working on Martin McDonagh’s dark comic thriller Hangmen, a farce set on the day that Britain abolished hanging. Recorded at the Royal Court on 7th October 2015.
They have no doubt that they’ve done the right thing. The only doubt they have is if they’ve done the right thing to the right person. If two people have died in order for justice to be meted out, that’s better than nobody having died and justice not being meted out.
