The artistic director of the Almeida Theatre in north London talks to Aleks Sierz about directing Neil LaBute’s latest, In a Dark Dark House, which opens in November, as well as about the importance of American drama.
Neil is fearless: he writes with a piercing frankness and directness, and I find his plays very accurate and believable.
